What I do, and how it works

Built toOrder

Four ways I take a problem off your plate. Different starting points, same ending: something real in production, documented, and owned by you.

Speed

Performance & Optimization

Slow sites lose customers. I audit, optimize, and rebuild the critical paths that make your application fast, reliable, and ready to scale.

  • Performance audits
  • Core Web Vitals optimization
  • Database optimization
  • Architecture refactoring

The process

Four weeks, no black boxes

The typical rhythm of a project — from first conversation to handing over the keys. You see progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.

Week

We talk & I plan

I learn your problem, ask the uncomfortable questions, and set up the foundation. By Friday you have a working repo and a clear roadmap.

  • Understanding your goals
  • Database design
  • Auth & environment
  • First working demo
Week

The building starts

Core features, API endpoints, integrations — you'll see daily progress and can give feedback as we go.

  • API development
  • Frontend build
  • Core features
  • Integration work
Week

Making it right

Good enough isn't good enough. I test, refine, and polish until the app feels solid on every device and edge case I can think of.

  • Testing & bug fixes
  • Performance tuning
  • Mobile polish
  • Your feedback round
Week

It's yours

I deploy to production, write the docs, and make sure your team can take it from here. Then I stick around for questions.

  • Production deploy
  • Documentation
  • Team handover
  • Post-launch support

FAQs

Asked before every project

The questions clients actually ask in the first call. If yours isn't here, ask it directly usually within a few hours.

Depends entirely on scope, which is why the first conversation is free and comes with no commitment. Tell me what you're thinking — even a rough idea — and I'll tell you honestly what it would take to build, in time and money, before you decide anything.

Most projects go from kickoff to production in about four weeks, following the sprint rhythm above. Bigger platforms take longer, small fixes take less — but you'll always know the timeline before we start, and you'll see progress weekly, not at the end.

Me. No project managers, no outsourcing, no middlemen. I scope it, build it, deploy it, and answer your questions directly — one point of contact, zero communication overhead.

Yes. Performance rescues and feature work on existing products are a regular part of what I do. I match your conventions, document what I change, and your in-house devs can pick up my code without an onboarding call.

You do — completely. Clean architecture, typed end-to-end, with documentation written for the next developer. You're never locked into me.

I don't disappear. Every project ends with docs, a handover, and post-launch support for questions and fixes. If you want ongoing work after that, we set it up on terms that suit you.

Know what you need?

Tell me about it — even a rough idea is enough to start. No commitment, just an honest read on what it would take to build.
